Greetings, peeps! Just two weeks to go before the Artinautriffic competition is closed to new entries! If you want in, send me your version of an Evaporating Murfle stack before 30th of June! Methinks, the moral of the story is that you may seek Bacontrees high and low, you may even fight all your life to earn one… but the truth is, the Bacontree is in your loved ones, your friends and your heart. Thus concludes the ‘Bacontree Saga’. We had some good times together, didn’t we? Funnily enough, this is based on real events. Lanky’s real life counterpart decided to make himself bacon sandwiches, while at my sister’s place. When I glimpsed him through the doorway, standing tall with a sarnie in each hand, I couldn’t help but think of him as the bacon tree. Must have been around episode 22 or 23. The inks still remain the most annoying and tedious portion of the process. I have little control over the lineart and it rarely behaves the way I want it to. It doesn't look too terrible, but it'd be great if the inks were more precise. Apologies for the bad lettering in panel four... this is how you don't arrange a frame, kids. Ideally, the art should be mirrored?
