This reminds me of the last time I went passport-photo-shopping with my mother.
While I was sat on that little chair, keeping up my best royal and dignified non-smiling expression, my mother started jumping around the little shop like a monkey yelling
"SMILE!!! C'MON SMILE!!!!! YOU NEED TO SMILE, OTHERWISE IT'LL LOOK SILLY!"
Naturally, the outcome was neither dignified, nor a nice smile, and more the face that one makes when trying to desperately not laugh.
Luckyly, my mom doesn't go passport-photographing with me anymore, and anyway since a few years back, you're not even ALLOWED anymore to smile in your passport photo.
Exactly, you're not allowed to smile or wear glasses in passport photos anymore.
There's no trick with the lineart, it's only the polygonal lasso and the fill tool, because I've not yet mastered Illustrator enough to be able to achieve the sharp, geometric lines.
