The final pieces are only half as big, so much of this detail is lost. Also, some rolls are very fast, so you almost don't see the dice. But hey, it does add a bit of spice.
For graphics, I work at about twice the size. There are more pixels to work with, which means there is more freedom in the detailing department.
Hmm. Oh boy I'm looking forward of what awesomeness you bring on next ^^
