Greetings, peeps,
Another poster for next week's 'Dublin International Comics Expo' (DICE - 27th - 28th September).
Yet more warm browns and golds in my palette.
Worked to steer away from the usual harshly outlined shadows on the faces and aimed instead for subtle, soft and realistic shading. Kept in mind areas where to keep the skin matte and where to bring out some shine (such as the nose and lips). I learn about colouring as much as about drawing when working inks like these.
