Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Time for an update!

Greetings, new watchers. Hai, hai my old watchers. How is everyone?

Art

I've started my second year of this 'comic malarkey' and at last green shoots of hope have broken through the chunky fertilizer of 'hard work'. Other comics people seem to know me and keep returning for my services, which is nice. Trust can only be bought through hard work, and it seems to have paid off in showing people that I can be relied upon. :3 There is a lot left to be learned, but we're getting there.

This week marks the first week of (theoretically) paid comics work and it feels good, people! It's not much, but it's definitely the first green leaf of…some kind of propagating vegetation. My dad's reaction:

Me: 'I made ten quid today!'
Him: 'Stop pissing me off! It should be a HUNDRED and ten!'

Boy, his encouragement skills are unmatched. But, for some reason, that made me work even harder. It may be peanuts, but they're MINE.

Apart from that, I'm working on two concurrent twenty-page comic projects… so life is quite busy. However, I found that this year of exclusive focus on art has exercised my creativity muscle, which actually means I can keep up with comics as well as do the odd bit of my own art. ;3 I've definitely sped up.

Personal

This year, I met lots of nice, like-minded people too. Summer was filled with adventures and breaking of personal barriers, which certainly opened my windows out a bit. So, my friend situation is taking an upturn too! ^_^ So, all in all, it's been a good year!

...okay admittedly my parents currently owe me a lot, but I need to be told the tuition fees for this year so I can get a loan to cover them.
